Mike from Veteran Edge did the inspection, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. If I needed someone to inspect any property he would be the first guy I would go to. He noticed small details and all the larger (expensive) ones as well. Veteran Edge Inspectors were on site for 3+ hours and their report was ready the next day, very detailed pictures and comments of everything.

I am very impressed with Veteran Edge Inspections. We had a thorough walk through with the inspector. The report was put together well, clearly defined and easy to access. I loved the ability to compile a repair request list that was sharable by link or PDF that I provided to the listing agent. Definelty recommend this company.

This is the 2nd time I've used Veteran Edge to inspect a home purchase for me. The first time was about 3.5 years ago. I have been pleased with their services and they are always timely in their inspections. Their reports are always delivered less than 24-hours after they complete the inspection. I have always received good advice from them, and they know what issues are important. I would recommend them without reservation.

Super professional & thorough job.

Veterans Edge inspected a Tri-plex investment property for us and they are fantastic. The final report and in-person walk though was thorough, but clear and concise. He let me walk around with him, ask him questions, and he showed me things I never would have thought of on my own. These guys were amazing to work with. They were on the pricey side but totally worth it. They went over and above to make sure my new home was inspected correctly. And most importantly they are VERY qualified! Mike was the one who inspected my home. He is an engineer and he spent 6 hours inspecting the new house. He even checked the drawers and cabinets in the home! He was extremely meticulous, covering EVERYTHING you could think of.After he was done he sent me a report and the lab reports soon after and wow even the documents are extremely professional. The inspection went very well. Ryan was very thorough and made sure to let us know before hand we could interrupt and ask questions before we started the review.
